FREE SPEECH ZONE.
Congressman Mike Castle (R-DE) suffered what is reported to have been two minor strokes on Saturday. "He is expected to make a full recovery with little to no lingering side effects," said Castle's doctor ... In Ohio's CD-18, State Senator Joy Padgett's (R) campaign released its own poll on Monday showing she is "only" trailing attorney Zach Space (D) by 2-points (versus the double digit margin Space's poll shows for his lead over Padgett). Space is bashing Padgett in TV spots as the "Taft-Ney" candidate for the open seat.
